Free membership offers promotional green membership for a month. During this time member can avail or purchase discounted product or service @ FREE

5. What happens when free membership expires

If NOT upgraded, you cannot enjoy discounts or offers from our listed merchants after the time. You need to upgrade your Free Membership into Gold Membership to enjoy discount and offers from our listed merchant throughout the year

6. What is gold membership?

Offer Zone brings exclusive deals / discounts / offers from the merchants for gold members. With the gold membership they enjoy unlimited offers and discounts from merchants round the year

7. What is the benefit of becoming gold membership?

If NOT upgraded, you cannot enjoy discounts or offers from our listed merchants after the time. You need to upgrade your Free Membership into Gold Membership to enjoy discount and offers from our listed merchant throughout the year

8. How much does offer zone gold membership cost?

Offer Zone Gold Membership is Tk 1000 (Regular) for a year. We are offering it now Tk 500 for a year. To become gold member, you need to pay Tk 500

9. How can I renew my gold membership?

To renew your membership, click on renew page and pay gold membership fee online

10. How can I become an offer zone gold member?

If you are a Green Member,
  • Select Become Gold Member

11. How do I pay?

13. How can I send gift through Offer Zone?

You can send selected item as gift to your friends and family from our platform. Simply click on offer gift button and follow next. Before order please check product description along with more info carefully to know more about product and delivery options

14. How can I avail offer from merchant outlet?

  • Visit a partner outlet
  • Option 1 : Scan Merchant QR Code > Select offer from available offer list > Avail it.
  • Option 2 : Select offer from available offer list under merchant profile > Click Avail Offer > Ask Manager/In-charge to fill the PIN by himself/herself.
  • Get the product or service
  • Pay discounted price

15. What is the benefit of referring member?

If your friends or family member become gold member using your referral link you will earn 200 reward points per refer. This credits will be shown in Show Balance under profile section.

16. How can I refer my friends and family?

To refer and earn, please become gold member first and follow below simple steps

  • Click on Refer and Earn tab from mobile app side bar
  • Copy or share the link to your intended friends and family

17. How can I withdraw and use my referral income?

You will receive the amount from Offer Zone though your desired Mobile Financial Service (MFS) or Banking channel in a particular payment cycle. Applicable charges for transferring the amount shall be borne by you. You can use the amount by your own

18. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

If you wish to terminate or discontinue your membership, you can do this anytime by just sending us e-mail to our support

19. Can I get refund of membership fee?

No, Membership Fee is Non Refundable. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your expiration date. You will be automatically downgraded to "Guest" member once the Offer Zone Gold Subscription expires

20. How Can I edit and update my membership information?

To edit your information, just tap your profile in the app and then change your information whatever you want

21. Can I have more than one Account?

No, Our terms and conditions clearly state that an individual can have only one account against one mobile number; therefore, it is not possible for you to have more than one account. The online merchants who have partnered with us have done sounder the explicit understanding that they will provide service to only one account per person registered with us. Any violation of our terms and conditions in this regard will lead to suspension of the account without any prior notice

22. I cannot log in, even though I used the correct user credentials, why?

You may need to enable your cookies on your browser. If you have cookies disabled on your mobile or computer, we and our partners will not be able to track your purchase and pay you any cash back. These cookies are also useful to identify you when you visit our site. So please make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser. 23. Why has a merchant’s discount rate or offer changed?

In accordance with the changing market conditions, merchants can also change their discount rate and terms & conditions. We can't rule out any change governed by market forces. As they change their terms & conditions, we update those on our site accordingly. Please read offer information, conditions and return policy carefully before placing the order

24. Why is cashback failed or reversed?

This happens when our partner retailers have analyzed the sale/lead and decided not to pay any discount or benefit. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You have returned the goods or canceled the services during the returns period
  2. Your credit/debit card was rejected
  3. You did not satisfy the conditions of the merchant
